Healthy Eating

We have to eat lots of vegetables,fruits and sometimes meat to keep our body healthy and free of diseases.Children and adults often like to eat fried food like french fries or barbecued chicken wings which would cause their body to be unhealthy.It is very important to eat healthy because it could help us to build up our body and free of germs or diseases.I seldom eat vegetables and therefore my health is not so good and can't do many things like running or using strength to do things.You could get high blood pressure,heart attack and even stroke if u eat unhealthy food.You could eat vegetables or fruits to control these diseases and have better eyesights,good complexion and a healthy lifestyle.I like to eat vegetables and fruits because it could help me to keep a healthy lifestyle and it is also very tasty but sometimes the vegetables are not to my taste.I support the school's campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more vegetables and fruits because it could help them to stay healthy and cheerful.The school can hold activities like if a student order vegetables or fruits from a particular stall,he or she will get a sticker to represents that he or she had ordered vegetables or fruits that particular day.At the end of 1 month,the most number of stickers a student owned will be given a reward.This is one of the examples that I suggested.
